Are you looking to grow your business through winning, developing and engaging with major clients?

In this 2-hour workshop Nevil Tynemouth, Director – New Results will guide you through a simple re-useable model to help you; approach, engage and ultimately win those bigger clients.

The workshop will cover the following elements:

  • Understanding the true customer drivers and motivators.
  • Understanding the key stages from a major client’s perspective (living in your customer’s world).
  • Our 4 stage development tool to help you understand, engage and win major clients

This will be an interactive session with plenty of new ideas to take away and implement when back at work.

You will also have the opportunity to think about and work on a customer that you want to develop into a key account.

New Results deliver training, coaching and strategy helping to shape sales success. New Results interactions with clients focus on the people; their skills, knowledge and attitude, which manifests through their behaviours.
