Urbanriver Mailer enables you to create a professionally branded template, add text, imagery and links, manage mailing lists and review the success via online statistics.

Whether you wish to circulate a regular newsletter, news alerts, new product launches, announcements or event invitations, Urbanriver Mailer makes the whole process very simple with a typical newsletter taking 15 minutes to create.

The Process

We design two branded templates to reflect your requirements, with say one for your normal content and another you could use for special offers, etc.

Following this you have remote access through a secure log in to add content, links and imagery very easily. The log in also provides access to create your own email lists with the ability to add/amend/delete specific emails.

Once created, you can preview the finished product, before sending out.

Once sent, (which can be immediate or scheduled), you can log in to the simple to use analysis which provides useful information such as who has opened the email and when and which links if appropriate they have clicked (on an email by email basis).

The newsletter will also convert from html to text if required thereby minimising fallout and there is the usual unsubscribe and refer a friend functions.

The Cost

For Service Network members, we are offering to reduce the usual cost of £495 to £350, plus £5 per newsletter sent and 2p per recipient email.

Full training is provided and the facility can be bolted onto existing websites.
