Service Network Helps Safeguard Almost 200 Jobs
Service Network has helped its members safeguard almost 200 jobs and create 20 new jobs in the past two years in the region.
Service Network supports the service sector in the North East through a series of networking events which bring together the best of the corporate world and vibrant smaller businesses, all focussed on delivering high value, business to business services. As a membership organisation, additional support to members includes tailored tender alerts, virtual networking, and a platform to promote their services to other members.
Chair of Service Network Neil Warwick (Dickinson Dees), commented:
"We are delighted to be able to report such healthy growth in the service sector in the region, particularly in today's tough trading environment. This says a great deal about the quality of the sector and its resilience.
"Our programme of support for members focuses on helping organisations based in the region to share best practice, differentiate their business and service offer, and work collaboratively. These figures show that Service Network is making a real difference."
