More than education, more than experience, more than training, a person’s level of resilience will determine who succeeds and who fails. That’s true in the hospital ward, it’s true in the Olympics, and it’s true in the boardroom.
This Service network Master class delivered by member company, Eliesha Training will help you to understand what resilience is, why it’s valuable and how to increase personal resilience levels.
This session is targeted at individuals looking to understand and develop their levels of Resilience.
By the end of this training event you will be able to:
- State the importance of resilience at work
- Describe the factors that contribute towards your own level of resilience
- Assess your current level of resilience
- Create a personal resilience improvement plan
Cost: Free to Service Network members and £45 + VAT for non members. Includes refreshments.
To avoid a cancellation fee of £35 + VAT please inform the Service Network team in writing at least 48 hours before the event if you register but can no longer attend.
