Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) is normally associated with Manufacturing and Production environments. However, it is true to say that Lean and CI has a place in many working environments including businesses who offer Support Services and other functions. This workshop will introduce you to the tools and techniques of Lean and CI, exploring their usage beyond manufacturing, and importantly the quantifiable benefit they can deliver.

If you would like to know more about the potential application of Lean within your own “Non-manufacturing” environment then this workshop will help you understand how your business can benefit from the application of the varied tools and techniques available.
