Led by James Ealey, Director at NGI Solutions, he will give you five key reasons why and how data can be used positively by your business – which can help your bottom-line, provide opportunities to invest in your people, measure impact and identify future growth.

James heads up NGI Solutions and has an in-depth background in research and marketing, honed over private sector and consultancy roles in the region. He has led the development of NGI Solutions across all aspects including new business, account management, market positioning and proposition development.
Prior to NGI Solutions, James was marketing and advertising director at a major agency for five years. This role encompassed client and campaign management, research and insight projects, alongside the acquisition and development of new business.
His other previous roles encompassed senior level marketing positions on the client-side with a Northern regional law firm and with a national media group. He is a member of the Market Research Society (MRS) and is also qualified with the PG Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (PGDipM).
Ian is Head of Insight for NGI Solutions with fifteen years’ experience managing research projects, both through his work at NGI Solutions, and at regional development agency One NorthEast.
Ian manages commercial research and insight projects across a wide range of business sectors, particularly, the hospitality, tourism, leisure and culture sectors.
Ian is a member of the Market Research Society and a qualified PRINCE 2 Project Manager.
