We are delighted that member company Eliesha Training will be joining us again, this time presenting a 3 hour Masterclass for us entitled Happy Mondays Building Motivated Teams.
The happiness and motivation level of our teams is of paramount importance as a leader. Motivated people work harder, manage change better and have more authentic working relationships. This workshop will look at how you, as a leader, can help and support your team to become more motivated and happier at work.
By the end of the training session you will be able to:
- Understand what happiness at work is;
- Understand the components of a motivated workplace and what makes individuals happy;
- To have written an action plan showing how you are going to improve the motivation levels of your team;
The session will include a mixture of tutor input, discussion and practical exercises.
Cost: Free to Service Network members and £50 + VAT for non members. Includes refreshments.
To avoid a cancellation fee of £35 + VAT please inform the Service Network team in writing at least 48 hours before the event if you register but can no longer attend.
