So how does an organisation ensure that their customers are receiving excellent service at all times? And how can the culture of an organisation support and even lead to their success?

At this event John Hughes, Managing Director of Customer Service Network will join us to highlight the top tips for customer service excellence as well as pointing out some of the common pitfalls. We will then hear from past Service Network Culture for Success winners, the Hilton NewcastleGateshead and Northern Stage. These two speakers will cover different elements of their organisation's culture and outline how this has helped to ensure their success in the region.

One of the Culture for Success Awards' judges will also join us at this event to give you an insight into what makes a successful entry and what the judges are looking for.
