There’s No Such Thing as Time Management!

There's no such thing as time management!  That's the view of Susan Bilton of ARK Associates, presenting at Service Network's time management event on Wednesday 25^th July 2012.

Susan argues that time management isn't a skill in itself.  In fact, good time management comes from a coherent approach to a raft of other management behaviours that sit behind it - prioritising; decision-making; focus; delegating; thinking; listening and communicating well.

This event will include practical tips and techniques to help delegates identify what they need to do; what order they need to do it in; and how to save time in the longer term by investing it in the short-term.
